Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order arrive?
Each tee is printed after you order: 2–3 business days to make, then 15–19 business days in transit with tracking. Most orders arrive in 3–5 weeks.
Can I change my size, color or address after ordering?
Yes — within 24 hours of placing the order, free of charge. After that, email us and we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once printing has started.
What if the size is wrong?
Use the Size Guide before ordering. If it still does not fit, contact us within 30 days and we will exchange it.
My tracking number is not updating.
Tracking usually activates 1–2 business days after shipment. If it has not moved for 7 days, send us your order number and we will chase the carrier.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Different designs can be printed at different facilities, so multi-item orders sometimes ship in more than one package. You get a tracking number for each.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.
